That star accepts a large votive candle and can remain illuminated for hours. When all of the lights are out it looks kind of neat. The carved wave motif was accomplished with a chip carving knife (provided by balvenie) and a Dremel tool with a router attachment and carbide carving bits. The blue stuff that looks like broken glass....well...it\'s broken glass!..lol.
