I have never had such horrible customer service as i have experienced with this company. My only suggestion is that if you are feeling lucky and choose to do business with her, make sure that the contract that she will have you sign explains in mind numbing detail what you want done. Other wise, corners seem to be cut, and the end result that you will be stuck with will not be what was verbally discussed. My yard looked horrible and it took me a couple of days to complete the cleanup task that she did not feel was her job. My personal recommendation is to save your self the headache of having to have the work done twice and to hire someone a little more experienced within the community, the first time around
