Where do I start. We chose Robert McCuen of Birchwod Hardscape and Landscape LLC to create flowerbeds and a walkway in front of our house. We came up with a start date which he missed several times and never called to say that he wouldn't be able to make the date. After several weeks, he finally came out and started my project. The work that Robert did was good, but he never finished the job. He was supposed to install the low voltage lighting and he just didn't do it. The worst part was we had already paid him in full, so basically stole from me. I would never use Robert and his Birchwood business again and I hope this review keeps him from being able to steal from any more clients in the future.
