my Daughters car was backed up in by one of their landscape trucks last Thursday 9/7/2017 in the Grand Lakes area on S. Fry in Katy were we live . the truck wes driven by Jonathan Balmore Carranza Romero with a (limited term driver licence) after pulling over the driver and 5 other gentleman exited the car and was extremely apologetic for backing in to me. Shortly after are manager Stan Castleman "LI5435" showed up to exchange information with me. he apologized and said we will take care of this. we even joked about this and he said "well you got the worse end of this" we shook hands and left, at the scene i called my insurance company an filed a claim just to make them aware of the situation. i also called IMS Landscaping services, inc. insurance company (ALi-Allied Property & Causality and filed a claim with the agent Crystal Davis. after several attempts to contact her after my initial claim i finally was able to reach her today 9/13/2017 for her to tell me the driver stated i ran into him. ARE YOU SERIOUS! even after calling Stan Castleman to discuss what his driver stated after the fact the Mr. Stan showed up at the scene and clearly knowledge the it was IMS Landscape's drivers fault he proceeds to tell me his driver already have a statement and to take it up with the insurance company. well you can image how this all went. so now my daughters car the she uses for school and work is damaged and will not be repaired by IMS insurance company is completely ridiculous and not fair. is there any more honest folks out there ?? see attached pictures of my Daughters car, IMS truck and the POS the backed up into me.
