The owner arrives with an impressive portfolio / sketches. Drew up a phenomenal design for our backyard patio and promised it done within 4 weeks (I doubted it but budgeted an additional 2 weeks to be safe). He shows up with a porta potty, and 2 guys for demolition for first 2 days. He wasn't even present. Beyond the first 3 days or so they worked half days, didnt show up on Saturdays (When he confirmed he would), and the progress per day was extremely slow. When I questioned the progress and making it in time he assured us it would be ready. 4 weeks later it was less than 25% complete and not per the drawing. He was difficult to get on the phone and when they did show up (still himself and a young inexperienced worker) they left after working 4 hours or so (my wife has a record of hours or lack thereof worked). He took off 4 days of our deadline (which was 3 weeks past his "it will be ready date") and did not make any attempt to answer my wife or my phone calls. When we found that he was noneresponsive we had the ugly porta potty removed and took matters into our own hands of finishing it...
He claimed we pushed him off the premesises because his toilet was removed! THIS IS NO WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS
We are out of thousands of dollars.
His wife Robin was the only one to finally answer the phone with BS excuses and then wrote and email for us to stop harassing him.
Harassment = stealing peoples money DO NOT use this "company"
