James promised a lot and did not deliver. He provide a design that he change on the fly with out discussing.it. He never finished the job despite being paid. Did not stand behind his warranty or return calls to discuss the dying plants. His crew left 74 cigarette butts on the property that I was left to pick up

If you don't want your job done on time, or if you want to hear excuses why your project is weeks overdue, then this is the guy you want. If you want to feel like you have been greased by a used car salesman or been to a recent visit to the proctologist, then once again this is the guy for you.
