Do NOT hire this guy! Phil Traver of P.A.T Landscape is terrible. Paid him thousands of dollars to put in a lawn and irrigation system. System wasn't installed properly. Grass came in very poorly with tons of bare patches and lots of drainage issues. Phil said he would come fix everything, but it's been over a year now and he's refusing to do anything. Do yourself a favor and avoid this guy at all costs!
