    We were forced to terminate the project early due to damages to our home. The work that was completed was done well below any standard or expectation. We are now hiring a new contractor to clean up the mess. The contractor has retained our deposit and is not returning communication. We estimate we lose approx. 25-40K once the issues are resolved.
