How disrespectful of my time! I have a beautiful, large old oak tree in my backyard that is showing signs of stress. I called this company hoping to have their aborist come to take a look at this tree, among others, to see what can be done to improve the situation. They made an appointment with me for 10:00 AM this morning and said that someone with the name of Terry would be coming. I was on a tight schedule and by 10:45 he still had not arrived. To see what was up, I called the number that was given me for Terry, but it was the same voice mail message as the original number,. My husband came home before I had to leave... and still no one has shown up all day or even gave a courtesy call. By the way, they are located about seven minutes from my house. Great way to run a business!!!
