The guy doesn't try to accommodate your schedule for starters. I work over nights and requested he come in afternoons yet every monday 9:30am they wake me with their machines. Then only mow the grass. Nothing Literally nothing else. Rather than vacuum or sweep up the dust etc. They blow it into corners and the street so when the wind blows my property is dirty again. But for my sisters sake I allow her to keep his service because she feels sorry for them. YET this past monday instead of moving cans out of the way to get past my car in the driveway, they forced their mower thru and left several scratches and black paint smudges on the bottom of my rear drivers door and the rear body of my car behind the wheel well. Do yourself a favor and mow your own lawn or hire someone who actually cares about their customers.
