    Mr. Kim's crew does a good job but his receptionist Betsy is horrible. She is downright rude. I called nicely with a problem & she bit my head off for no reason. I have NEVER been treated so rudely by a company I am giving my money to.She is the sole reason i am going to cancel my service & it has nothing to do with the job they do, but customers shouldn't be afraid to call if they have problems.
