I have been an Ostrander customer for many years and have referred them to literally everyone in my neighborhood. Brad Ostrander has previously been a stand-up guy and very good communicator. Today I experienced the worst possible service ever. When I called to address the issue that the workers scalped my lawn during a normal weekly mowing, I was told they no longer want my business. Seriously? After 14 years of service, you dump a customer because they have a complaint? It is reprehensible. I have since read a number of negative reviews online where others have been dissed because Ostrander already has too many customers. I'm stunned at this company's business practices and will set out to inform others that they too are unwanted by the likes of one Brad Ostrander.
