New York1 1 out of 5We really tried to work with this small business. We paid up front for a full year contract for lawn maintenance and snow removal. First big snowstorm - no plow shows up. When we called, we were told they did not want to fulfill our contract and would refund the money. Six months later - several promises but still waiting for that refund (which I no longer expect to see!). DO NOT PAY FOR ANYTHING AHEAD!! Warning.

Post Script - we have now gone to small claims court. Ach!
