We hired Dan to take care of our lawns and flowerbeds for six weeks this summer. We were very disappointed. The first week our wonderful neighbor called us because he knew we had hired a landscaping business to make weekly visits and no one had shown up that first week. We called Dan and made sure the money we had already paid him was accurate with the amount of work we had agreed on. It was. We returned from our vacation to find our flowerbeds practically dead and the lawn in our back yard was up to our knees. Small businesses are tough to keep going, so we’d never want to make it even harder than it already is, that said it’s very disappointing when a person’s/business’s word can’t be trusted.
