New York1 1 out of 5The guy came to bid my lawn, promised to put in a few border gardens around a multifamily and do weekly mows. He never followed through with any of it. Upon follow up, (after many calls) he first said he got sick, then said he was behind due to his DAY JOB driving school bus, then still no showed. We had to pay our tenants to do the work. Save your time and get bids from someone who take follow up more seriously. This year we are looking for someone else.
