    This gentleman did not complete the work as agreed. I gave him some specific guidance, upon calling him he lied about the amount of time his crew spent in my lot. I confronted him with the fact that my neighbor was watching and he admitted they only worked for 2 hours. Pretty disappointed, and I am appalled that he would lie. I am debating reporting him. I don't recommend.
