We paid James Mabe good money to put down Zoyzia grass on the front lawn. Mr. Mabe told me we would have beautiful grass and that it would spread. Well I am here to tell you none of this happened, out front lawn looks horrible with dried up grass, not pretty green like he said it would. I have tried to contact him several times and he will not contact me back or come look and our lawn and make it right. He more or less took our money and left us high and dry. Very Very disappointed...
