My new next door neighbor started using this lawn service. Apparently they got a cheap rate for being in a contract. Since he started, I began to notice a distinct negative difference in the quality of my neighbor's yard that I had been meaning to talk to them about it, but it was never a big deal (overgrown weeds along our shared rod iron fence). On the morning of September 3rd, 2015 I was mowing my yard and Andy pulled up to begin mowing my neighbor's yard. I figured I could just politely ask Andy if he could make sure to trim along the fence this time before he left as the weeds were now creeping into my yard. I was shocked when he told me he would not trim the weeds. As if he was not in the grass cutting business. The fence is over 100' long and behind bushes my old neighbor planted. That makes it a bit of a nuisance to get to, but as I told Andy, we've never had an issue until he started. Anyway, after he told me he wouldn't I went to my neighbor's door and asked them to have their lawn guy that they pay to finish cutting their yard. Andy refused. I decided at that moment I was going to post photos and review online so I started taking pictures and that's when things turned bad. Andy for upset that i was taking pictures and walked into my yard to confront me. I told him why I was taking pictures. His response, instead of just trimming the grass, was to to get aggressive and threaten to sue me for posting a negative review of his business. He cursed at me and there was nearly an altercation, but he was smart enough to get of my property. He then quickly finished up the neighbor's yard and drove off. I thought it was over. But nope! This guy made a u-turn down the street and came back by yelling out his window with his camera out taking pictures or a video of me... We exchanged middle fingers. After that I walked around the side of my house to see that he left his weed eater string trash in my yard. How pathetic! How absolutely pathetic that it got to this point. I have to waste my time writing reviews and talking to my neighbors about their grass. Remember that everyone has a cellphone with cameras and access to the same websites your future customers will be looking for you at. Treat everyone with respect. And lastly, if you hate your business so much that you won't even do a proper job then my goodness get a new career. I posted pictures of the lousy work on Yelp
