I needed to have my front lawn re-soiled and re-seeded. I paid $1400 with the understanding that the top soil hard clay we have would be replaced with better soil. However after several weeks and very little grass growth, we found that this landscaper in fact did not replace any soil but simply raked the area and laid down seed and covered their deception with hay. The end results after two months is that my lawn is now worse than before Neilly & Gerardo began. And even with all their promises they have completely let us down by saying that our grass will be fine in 2 or 3 years. That is not what I paid for!

This landscaper should not be trusted!
