Called Jesus Perez and Sons Inc to schedule trimming of bushes, mulching, weeding and feeding applications on lawn, and planting of new grass on March 5, 2020. Was texted we would be scheduled. Never heard from them again. Finally texted them May 1, 2020 and told them if they were too busy to complete our job, we would get someone else to do the job instead.

Heard from them the very next day with this text: "I'm so sorry for not being able to get back to you sooner. I spoke to Jesus and he said that they will be there this upcoming week for sure. I just don't have the specific day."

A week and 2 days have passed since that May 2nd message. Weeds are still growing all over my lawn. Nothing has been trimmed or mulched. My bare areas that need grass planting are still bare.

If they were too busy to do the job, I understand. I gave them an out. I said they could cancel and I would hire elsewhere. Instead they tell me they will be there to do the job next week "for sure" and then are no shows.

Wasted 10 plus weeks of my time when I could have hired someone else.

I texted them and cancelled immediately.

Totally incompetent, uncaring, company to deal with.
