I hope with time communication will improve with this company. The storm was over Sunday morning. By giving an ETA I would have known not to expect him until Monday midafternoon. Then I asked him to put the snow across the road in order not to hurt the landscaping and bush at the end of my drive. Instead he piled it up so high at the end of my drive, I had to ask him to lower the pile so I could see the road to pull out of my drive safely. He pushed the top of the pile onto the bush I asked him to be carful of. They were polite, and fair priced, just don't expect any more. I never did get the walkways shoveled as promised.
