with falling distance of a structure unless it is under the height of the
roof or is just being trimmed. We still will cut larger free standing trees
that are in open areas. If we do not feel comfortable with the trees
hazards, we can refer you to a approved company that will handle tree
job as well as Phatboy landscapes,
If homeowner insist on Phatboy handling a prospective job that does not
meet these requirements, a statement of responsabilty will have to be
signed releasing Phatboy and home owner taking responsibly in case
of any damage to property. This notice will be added into our job contract.
Even still, all staff and crew will take care to not cause any disturbances
to property.
