Beware of the way the contract is written that charges by the hour and he will milk it as our surveillance cameras don't lie. (His lawyer gradfather wrote it in his favor). He will make your life so miserable that makes it impossible to continue buisiness with him. Cussing and accusations he is VERY unprofessional. We took him to court to get our landscaping deposit back and won but we can't collect because he is a looser in life.
