Got a quote from this guy and he put in a few hours of work and left the job unfinished to get to another job. He admitted that there was more that needed to be done and branches we specifically discussed were not even removed but said it would cost double the quote for him to come back and complete it. The original quote was for the service not for a certain # of hours of work. He was short handed that day and didn't do what he quoted us for but felt completely justified in doubling the cost. He said he'd call us back and never did.
