knowledgeable specialist and can not be trusted with neither plants or
irrigation system.
Don't believe his words that your property will be "polished and
manicured" after he is done with the project.
Martin is irresponsible and dishonest person who will try to ripe you
off on cost of plants, supplies and labor.
He is reported to the State Board of contractors/irrigation specialists.
