My experience with this company was very negative. I had a small job (removing bushes) and they performed the job quickly and within budget. However the experience after that left me never wanting to business with this company again, nor recommend to anyone.
I never received a bill or invoice for the work that was done. Being a new homeowner, I’ve had lots of different work performed in the last year (electric, gas, furnace, chimney, and plumbing). Each time they either leave me an invoice in the mailbox or mail an invoice to my address separately. Several months after the job was done, my wife received a harassing phone call from who I would assume is the owner of the company and the same person I spoke to originally. This person was rude, accusatory, unprofessional, and clearly has anger issues. He demanded payment and treated her like we were intentionally avoiding payment. When she mentioned that we never received a bill, he said he didn’t know what address to send it to. Are you kidding me? I later learned that he came to my house and had the same attitude with my young niece who lives in my home. He demanded contact info from her, and that’s how he got my wife’s phone number. My wife never had any dealings with this company, but he must have lost my phone number, because I was never called.
I promptly paid the invoice (I was away on vacation when it was finally dropped off at my house) and included a letter about my dissatisfaction with their “customer service” and explained I would never do business with him again and never recommended them because of how we were treated. Upon receiving the letter he called my wife AGAIN and yelled at her, getting so mad that he ended up hanging up on her. Seriously?! That could have been an opportunity to get some redemption, but instead he calls and harasses her again!!
Avoid this company unless you like working with jerks.
